I totally get it....

I AM A LAZY BLOGGER!!! So mad at myself for not blogging lately. So much to write. So I will start dumping some sentences.

Cassidy started 7th grade two weeks ago. She also made "A" Team for volleyball and is currently the setter. She is doing well so far in school and is even taking a Pre-AP class. Go Cass!

Evan started school yesterday. He is now officially one year away from starting Kindergarten. How fast time flies. He of course loves going to school and just can not wait to go every Monday and Wednesday. He says some of the funniest things and I just have to write them down so I will always remember them.

If he doesn't like something he says "I can't like it"
If he wants to tell you something he did last time, or yesterday, or even last year he says "last morning"
If you hurt his feelings he will be sure to tell you that you "broke his feelings"

Quinlan is our parrot, if you want something repeated just say it in front of him. My little man is so big. He is getting to the stage of a not so cuddly baby anymore but a he wants things his way, hitting, wrestling, bullying little boy...wahhhhhhhhhhh I want that sweet cuddly baby back!

We did a lot of traveling over the summer. Drove to Las Vegas, Florida, El Paso, White Sands New Mexico, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Colorado. It was a blast and so glad and fortunate that we were able to do that with our kiddos.

Summer Fun

A long car ride indeed, but wow these kids did so great! 13 hours, destination Panama City Beach Florida!

 Manuevering through the sand at first was very different for Quinlan.

 Evan was not so sure about the taste of the water.

But soon all was forgotten and the fun in the sun and sand began.

 And it kept going for 7 days...

With few breaks to see the city itself and try some wonderful seafood

Wonderful vacation! Missing it already!

Mother's Day Breakfast with Evan....

Not the best picture, but Evan made this for me for Mother's Day at his preschool and I thought it was just the best little present! He then served me a banana nut muffin and his teacher read all the moms and kids a book about motherly love. It really was greatness. Thank you Evan! :)

Holy Wow...Vegas Rocked our World!

First thing first....Thank you mom for flying up here and watching our devils angels we know they are a tough bunch but you did awesome and we love you so much for it. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will forever be grateful for the much needed vacation.

Overwhelming is one way we described Vegas, other words....Amazing, Fantasitc, the Best, can't believe it, what, where, why, money, did you see that, holy moly, freaks, watch out, stop shoving cards in my face of topless girls, let's get a drink, another drink, what we can walk on the street with drinks, wanna gamble, did you win, losing, winning, beautiful, expensive, food and damn that was FUN!

Ah yes Vegas, you didn't make us millionaires or evn thousandaires but you did make us happy, very very happy. We will be back...you just wait!

Slacker much...

So disappointed in myself for slacking here. I guess I just have not had a whole lot to write about.

One thing though my baby girl turned 12 on February 20!!! She brings such joy to our lives!

Quinlan wasn't feeling to good when we ventured out to the park.

We took a little trip to the zoo one beautiful sunny afternoon. The kids had so much fun, and so did we. We definitely need to do that more often!
